RETURNS;

 If you wish to return an item you have purchased you are free to do so, within these limitations.

1. the item arrives back in the condition it was shipped.
2. you contact us quickly and return it quickly 

BURNOUTS;

1. MUST be returned and inspected prior to ANY refund being issued - NO EXCEPTIONS!

If the item is not returned within a reasonable time frame we will sell the item on your behalf and arrange a refund there after. 

NO exceptions. 

RESERVING AN ITEM

1. we can only keep an item in the reserved status for 7 days

TRADES

1. we are to trade possibilities, with the caveat being that items offered MUST exceed to value to the item wanted by at least 30% and be equally sellable

 Note; with the increased costs is shipping we are forced to raise our shipping fees.   

USPS Priority Mail - no insurance within the US $8.00

USPS Priority Mail - with insurance within the US $11.00 

UPS Ground Insured - within the US $11.00

Canada Post - small packet no insurance within Canada - $12.00

Canada Post - small packet with insurance within Canada - $16.00

 On orders over $250.00 in value, shipping is free within the US and Canada,

International - Canada Post - only on goods under $200.00.  Shipping $15.00

International - Canada Post - goods over $200.00.  Not an option. 

International - goods over $200.00 via courier only.  Cost by destination, value and weight. 

As we use the postal service for some overseas shipments we are not able to guarantee delivery. We do the best we can, but some postal services are not very reliable. This being the case we will not take responsibility for lost packages.  If you are willing to cover the costs of an international courier we can also arrange this as a shipping method which is far more reliable and insurable.

  We will not falsify customs documents... so please do not ask us to do so.  It is your responsibility for any and all duties and fees charged by your home country.
